The back porch the lights, the little table out front, Main Street ambiance day and night. The street lights out front at night and the twinkling colored lights around. Lots of friendly people around town. Great time and memorable. »

« The place was cozy. Everything worked. The amenities were plenty. We decided to take a day trip, never been to the area and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay, especially during the busy months you get to avoid the more touristy spots and stay in a very comfortable secluded space. »

« I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cozy cottage! The host was so sweet and thoughtful. She even left a gift basket of goodies for us! Everything was clean, and she has thought of everything you may need during your stay; she even had an extra toothbrush, which I was so grateful for as I realized late at night that I had forgotten mine. « Loved staying here for our yearly float trip. Cabin was spacious and clean. Well stocked with everything you need. Loved sitting on the front porch in the evening. Mary is a very kind and warm person. Don’t worry about the road going into the property it’s not a problem at all. We will 100% stay here again! »

« We stayed here with 2 other families and it’s great! The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms, is very clean and has an awesome space to eat together with a full kitchen. The outside is great with a pond to fish, use the paddle boat and paddle board. The locations was about 20 minutes away where we could float for the day. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back! »

« Three generations found rest,beauty,& joy at Serenity South. Thoughtful touches,beautiful gardens and Cape charm made this more than a stay-it became a treasured memory. We were so appreciative of the details, the fresh flowers, homemade cookies, the coffeemaker upstairs and the books and games. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed this historical home and our stay. »

« We ( family of 3 & one extra preteen) had an amazing time at this property . We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Location is amazing if you're going out and exploring. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. The communication with host leading up to check in was excellent. Getting into the property was no hassle at all. Arriving at property...

« Location was great plenty of room inside and out. Lots of parking. We had no wifi access and communication with manager was slow as we only used emails. She did pass her number and said feel free to call but never answered or returned a call. Overall, those were minor issues and was happy with our rental and would do so again »

« We loved a lot of things about this house. The backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit and gazebo every night. We loved that the house is nice and spacious. There is enough room for everyone with 8 beds. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The kitchen is nice and spacious and has a big countertop for cooking your own meals which we did all the days we were there. « Traveling with a large family is never easy, but this rental made us feel at home. Full kitchen for cooking, dining area to seat everyone, huge tv, great wi-fi, washer and dryer, fun backyard to make s’mores, and beds upstairs to sleep all our kids. We would stay here again! »

« My friends and I thought this home was so cute. It was within walking distance of a few places in St. Genevieve. It was very clean and large enough for the four of us. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family. »
