« We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...

« So this trip there were a couple hiccups! I can not say enough about Katrina!!!! She was on top of everything! The original room I booked the A/C was out and Katrina made sure I had another room before check in time. Unfortunately, when I got to my room the internet was out. I informed Katrina, she came by and checked the outside box. Found out it had went out earlier that day. Both things out of Katrina's control, but she was on top of it all! »

« We had a lovely stay in Galena! The property was spotless and every amenity was covered. The smoke/CO2 alarm was beeping when we arrived but it was just a low battery. We messaged the hosts and they told us where the batteries were and we replaced them on our own. They were also responsive to any messages we sent them. The property is less than a mile from Route 66, and many other attractions are within 30 miles. We would stay here again if we are in the area! »
