« Older facility with oddly placed furniture. TV remote was ridiculously difficult with no streaming option. The room was just average, nothing to make it special or welcoming. The staff was helpful, friendly and a true asset to the hotel. »

« The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. »
