« Great one nice stop. Older cottage, good beds clean bath. Loved sitting on the porch reading and watching the humming birds! The porch could have used a more comfortable chair. Not a lot around town or neighborhood. It was perfect for our one night stay ! »

« Property location is very ideal and we could see the stars clearly in a clear night. Very spacious and clean, will love to come back. »

« We had a very comfortable stay in the cottage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. All of the rooms were exceedingly comfortable. The bed in the Master suite is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever encountered at a VRBO. The master bathroom is likewise a delight with its double shower. The living room is spacious and made visiting easy and comfortable. The A/C units provided kept us adequately cool in daytime, open windows at night let a cool breeze in.There is a patio off the...

« Perfect location to get to everything. The house was new, and everything was in working order. Great view of the valley. The bathrooms were really nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning before we headed out for the next hike. »

« Great place to stay. Near Moab town center. Host communication was excellent »

« Shower in master BR had no hot water »

« Dorothy and Steve were amazing hosts. They were very attentive to any asks. Provided tips for places to go and things to do. The property was amazing. Mountain views were beautiful. The tiny home had everything imaginable. Nothing forgotten. Kitchen was stocked with the best of the best dishes and pots and pans. The washer and dryer unit was perfect. It was a perfect stay. The scones were so yummy and the fresh eggs were awesome. Dorothy even gave us some scones for the long trip...

« Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice. »

« Katrina was a wonderful host. What a beautiful place. The gentle animals and peaceful surroundings were a soothing balm. »

« Absolutely great accommodations in a very beautiful and convenient area. Check in was seemless and easy. »

« Great little spot! I thought the apartment was nicer than it looked in the pics. I’d definitely stay again. »

« It was fairly small. I had to utilize the laundry room to put my luggage in. Also it was difficult to figure out how to work the TV,All in all, it was a cute place to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child. »

« The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location. »
