« Les huttes sont petites mais confortables. Attention lit de 140x190. L'endroit est magnifique et calme. Les hôtes sont remarquablement gentils et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et est un régal car des produits frais et faits maison pour la plus grande partie. »

« The Step House hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Ireland trip! We had a beautiful and spacious room that opened onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub. The staff was wonderful and the extra touches like flowers and prosecco in the room made this the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and start off our trip! We enjoyed the small town of Borris and walking the Railway trail. We hope to...

« Petite déception par rapport au standing de l’hôtel :à l’arrivée avec changement de lieu de résidence. Chambre froide à l’arrivée , climatisation, difficile à régler. TV en panne., Service, de chambre, les descends à désirer, avec passage du soir oublier un soir sur deux ! »

« From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

« Chambre très agréable et spacieuse. Personnel courtois et disponible. »

« Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. We thought heat would help but the radiator would not turn on; we went to the bar staff (part of the problem is that there is no on-site manager to resolve issues) and the bar staff told us the heat is not turned on until...

« Excellent accueil. Petit déjeuner très complet. Personnel très professionnel. »
