« Nauvoo was a mid point ti meet a family member and continue work on our family tree. The historical site was the main reason we chose Nauvoo. A little search on Vrbo, we found a historic home to stay in. What a treat! The rental was beyond the price point we usually seek but the home was the cherry on top of a wonderful visit. Very nice property »

« The owner helped us by being flexible and accommodating. We got a day of reservation and there was a problem with the booking. He was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. We were in town saying goodbye to a family member and the services got moved around several times. With a 2 and a 4 year old needing a nap and a place to hang, we were able to extend our check out for a small fee. Will stay again this summer! »

« Lake Sugema is about 10 Minutes away. the Dutchman Store is 1/2 mile away. Milton Creamery is 5-10 minutes away. Cabin was nice had a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans for cooking, plates, glasses, silverware, linen, towels, wash clothes, bring your own shampoo and bath soap. »

« There was just four of us and plenty of beds to spare. Sleeps 10. Very clean home that was space for all. Great location for what we had scheduled- Nauvoo/Carthage. Each night went to keokuk Iowa to shop. Great little Mexican restaurant in Hamilton called El Camino real. Home sit on corner lot plenty of space to park and quite neighborhood. Thanks »

« Class reunion!!! We had a group of friends meet up and stay at this Vrbo. It was so beyond expectations. We could not have asked for a better experience. WE WILL HE BACK. We had the best time at the most excellent location in such an incredible unique historic home. »

« We had 33 or so family members meet at this location for Thanksgiving. Overall is was a great experience. The headliner is the view of the Mississippi. The property is up on a hill and provides a gorgeous view. Lisa was very responsive to all of our needs. Note that alcohol is not permitted at this location (on my phone that detail was slightly hidden in the rules section under “show more.” Thanks for a great property to reconnect with a large family! »

« The kitchen was great, making cooking for the group easy. There were plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. The dining room table was small for a group of 20+, so we were very glad we had taken folding tables and folding chairs along. We had an issue with a bedroom and bathroom getting accidentally locked, but the owner promptly made arrangements to have someone deal with that. The house had a beautiful Christmas tree that we all enjoyed. The house had only 5 private bedrooms but plenty...

« We loved our stay in this house on the Mississippi river – halfway between Keokuk and Nauvoo. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. It was nice that all of the couches pulled out into beds. We would definitely stay here again. We loved our visit to Nauvoo! »

« Perfect place for my husband and our 2 little boys. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom, FYI. It wasn't a huge deal for us though since it was just our family. Scot communicated back and forth promptly. Great place to stay if visiting historic nauvoo since it's just 25minutes away! »

« Exceptionnel. Les villas à 2 chambres sont très spacieuses et d'une propreté impeccable. Cuisine entièrement équipée y compris avec lave linge, sèche linge, le linge de maison et les produits vaisselle. Site très calme en plein milieu des champs, peut-être un peu trop éloigné du centre de Nauvoo. Dans l'une des 2 chambres, aucune lampe de chevet. Cet équipement devrait être ajouté. »

« Perfect location for our visit; one block from the Nauvoo Temple. The apartment is well stocked and the four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for a large group. Parking is right on the street and so easy, steps from the front door. We ate at the lower level restaurant for multiple meals and it was great quality and price. The apartment is quiet and cozy and everything you would want for stopping in this small town. »
