« I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Inn & Suites in Dothan with my family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear the hotel takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. « Rooms and floors were very old, stained and dirty. I had to wipe my feet off of grit before getting into bed and before putting on socks. When I checked in, I knew the price from Expedia. What surprised me was it asking for a tip between 18-22% or customized or no tip. Unheard of!!
