« The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again. »

« We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent. « Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking). »

« The place was wonderful and had exactly what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Very responsive and great communication with the host. Loved sitting outside on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful view of the downtown area, would want some of those trees out of the way though. Lol. No complaints though. Upstairs neighbors were semi loud but didn’t bother us, and the door code given in the check-in directions didn’t work.
