« My wife and I spent nearly two Weeks here - secure parking / clean / washer / dryer - we grilled and did use the outdoor area. Very close to many bars / restaurants / pubs / coffee. Easy access to interstate. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The Casita was just what we had hoped for. Clean, had all kinds of utensils, plates and glasses. Fridge and Microwave, sinks...nice enough shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed... Best of all, was how quiet and peaceful it was for our whole stay. »

« Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

« Overall, this is a great property with good proximity to the Pacific Beach area (far enough away from noisy bars if you prefer).The unit is smaller, but still cozy and well furnished. Fans and A/C come in handy for warmer days - as does the front deck and BBQ grill. Some of the appliances are a little outdated by modern standards, but they still function well when you need them. »
