« Our stay was a great experience. Maria was a super host. It was very clean and comfortable inside the condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer and dryer several times. The residents of the complex were very friendly. The pool was always 84.5 degrees. We used the gas grill for some dinners. We rented bikes from bike shop right down the road. We used them to get to the beaches and ice cream shops. We played pickleball in Marco Island and Naples. We will try to return Seaside...

« Overall great room. Negatives were: 1) the toilet which needs replaced or repaired. Had to hold the lever and still sometimes wouldn’t fully flush. 2) needs a dehumidifier. Even with ac running, nothing dries and feels muggy. Could use a fan in the bedroom too. 3) no dishwasher and tiny fridge. 4) single ply toilet paper. Positives are cleanliness. « Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette appartement qui a été parfait pour un séjour en bord de mer ! La localisation est imbattable !!! C'est petit mais parfaitement entretenu et arrangé , il y a tout le nécessaire y compris pour la plage .... tout est neuf et de bon goût ! Le WIFI et les télévisions fonctionnent très bien , la piscine et la place de parking sont un vrai plus ! Il manque juste un petit coffre fort pour y ranger les papiers , les € et les clés ...
