« Beautiful home! It was pretty central to every area I needed to be in making all my drives 30mins or less away. The Host, Juan, is very responsive to messages so that was a plus. Plenty of street parking available. The pool and hot tub were nice to have available as well. Though, you have to request for the hot tub to be turned on a while before it’s heated. It doesn’t stay running but he’ll turn it on when asked. Also, the host would like it off by 9pm unless discussed to be a later time. My...

« This property was exactly what we needed for our family as it wasn't too far from USC campus and it was clean and well maintained. What we especially liked were the prompt responses from the owner/manager with any questions that we had. Definitely would stay again! »

« Great property. Good location close to just about everything. Only small issues were…parking a very tight. If you have a big suv you will need to park on the street and street parking is a bit hard to find. Also the walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighbors from the other side of the duplex talking and walking up and down stairs. Otherwise it was a great place. Lots of room. Clean and fully decorated. »

« The picture looks very good, but what you don’t know- until you pay and actually get there- is that it is a very oddly-shaped 2nd back house. There is tight parking for two cars in the garage that you share with the residents of the 1st back house. Also, you reach the garage through an alley in the back. The neighborhood is ok, but the parking on the street is atrocious!! I felt very much duped.Monrovia is a beautiful city, but there are better places to stay. »

« I rent this property because it is approximately eight minutes from my grandsons and I like the two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the living room in between so it gives each person enough privacy. It probably doesn’t bother most people, but I have neuropathy in my feet so the rug in the living room hurts to walk on.
