Pour les 2 autres appartements, il y a une terrasse partagée mais qui ne donne pas sur la mer directement et qui, en février, reçoit très peu de soleil. « Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share! »

« Really great location and quiet. The only thing that prevent me to give a 5 stars overall is the parking situation. You have to park in the street. Even if you have a permit, the spaces are quite limited. I got the pleasure to meet with the owner. Exceptionnally great guy. Thanks for the stay. Will recommend! »

« Wish I could give this property ten stars! Great place for our family to stay while we walked to and from Disneyland for a couple days! Incredibly clean, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and the stroller options were a big bonus. We will be back at some point! »

« Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful. The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent »
