« Very nice property, clean well maintained. It is a bit remote and it was a little difficult to locate. If possible, since it sets well off the main road, a sign at the property driveway entrance would be a significant help for all new guest to more easily find the property. »

« I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back! »
