« The Property was amazing. Perfectly located in the downtown area to have walking access to local establishments. Pictures do not do this place justice. It was better than we could have imagined. Very quiet and easy access to interstate for our daily travels. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area!! »

« This property was one of the coolest places I've stayed, been all around the world!! The location can't be beat! Only one challenge was the mattress. I would suggest they check it out themselves and consider an update. Would have been a five star review if not for this one and only challenge. We will be back next year again, I believe this is the highest compliment a "returning guest". »

« This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure. »

« The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable. »

« Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice. »

« Did not expect property to be so dark. No windows in bedrooms. In fact, Only window was in entrance area. It is all painted black. So if you don’t see well, this is not the place for you. Location is very good. No on site parking. Had to park on metered street. »

« Overall outstanding. A few details could be better. For instance, no sharp knife in the kitchen. Kitchen is very dark. »
