« We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. »

« There was an issue with the heat and fan. Had a hard time getting it turned on. Had to continuously keep pressing the buttons until it went and stayed on. I realize that my room was in the old/original section but the room only had 1 electrical outlet in the main part. There was one in the bathroom but I wasn't going to plug in my devices right next to the sink. Everything is automated and there is nobody onsite for issues that come up.
