« we had a beautiful king room with a river view. everything was amazing! »

« Wasn't informed the hot tub was broken wouldn't give no money off the price of room each night. Breakfast area really needs to be a lot bigger. I suggest getting rid of the slot machine area and putting more seating in there. Six tables to eat at isn't enough for that tight area. Everyone is on top of each other trying to get their food and eat. You can eat sitting at the bar directly behind where the food is at. Room smelled like mold and no discount on that as well. »

« Couldn’t get my disabled husbands walking aid into the building and our room was on the opposite side of the hall from the elevator on the second floor. So we had to get him up and down the stairs. Ice machine wasn’t working. Stains on the sheets and blankets. Pool and stairwell smells moldy. »
