« Probably the best sunrises I have seen anywhere in the world. The isolation and peace of this property make it magical. Falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking to them was just beautiful. Some outdoor seating would have made it perfect. »

« The view was everything that was expected and this is what you paid for as the house was rather tired and needed attention. The curtains in the main room and the bedroom needed fixing, the lights were a mess, a power point in the bathroom was falling out, some kitchen cupboards didn’t open and close properly and the bedroom had ugly wire drawers and open hanging in the space that a wardrobe should have been to name a few. I really don’t think it was worth the money asked for. »

« A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! »

« Nothing to fault. Unit was great, outlook was superb. Only one little thing. My wife was spook3d by a couple little spiders, in weds, up high in the ceiling. But apart from that. I would highly recommend. »
