« When I got to check in on Saturday the service received by the receptionist was great. It just got worse from there, no information on WiFi. It was raining heavily, if you have bags to carry you can literally slip and fall. The portion size for the breakfast, just forget it. It's very small and not worth it. Rooms not sound proof you can hear everything outside and vice versa. »

« ONIKA has been very helpfull at every step of the transaction and very reactive. The only thing missing was a flat bottom pan and a spare roll for toilet paper ! The bed was very good. I recommend this place. »

« The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

« The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional »

« This property is AMAZING! It is spotless, conveniently located and the owner has used her own travel experiences to anticipate what a traveler may need while staying at her property. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful & the owner is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We are definitely planning to be repeat customers. Top level accommodations and host accountability at a...

« If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi. »

« The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. »
