Main Floor

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed, massive gas fireplace, ensuite bath with stone walk-in shower + soaking tub

Bedroom 2: King bed, lake views, gas fireplace; full bathroom just outside with walk-in shower


Upper Level

Bedroom 3: King bed, gas fireplace, lake views, ensuite full bath with jetted soaking tub + walk-in shower

Bedroom 4: Queen bed. Access to bathroom 4 with open-concept loft space above primary bedroom, separated by privacy curtain

Other things to note
Plenty of parking for all guest vehicles. There is a garage available for 3 cars. We limit overnight cars on the driveway to 3 maximum.
Immediate removal without refund if:
- House capacity is exceeded at any time
- Noise violations exceeding standard community settings
- No events or parties of any kind
- Smoking indoors (of any substance) - $400 fine
