We understand that pets are part of the family!



Double Eagle Retreat welcomes approved dogs under the following guidelines:



• Dogs must be approved before booking.

• Maximum of two dogs per reservation.

• Maximum weight of 30 pounds per dog.

• A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay.

• Guests must provide a description of their dog(s) for approval before arrival.

• Cats and other animals are not permitted.

• Dogs must remain off furniture and beds.

• We strongly recommend kenneling dogs when left unattended.

• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.



**Unapproved pets will result in a minimum additional charge of $200.** Excessive shedding, damage, or additional cleaning needs may result in further charges.
