« The only drawbacks on the suite we rented is that it was no bigger than a standard room. The floors would turn your socks black. The refrigerator was rocking back and forth which is a hazard especially if there were small children staying. »

« Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again . »

« Our experience at this hotel was VERY disappointing from the start, with conditions getting worse the further our stay progressed The remodeling efforts seemed to be the root of some issues, including a parking lot littered with nails that unfortunately damaged one of my tire. « Amazing stay with a wonderful staff! Traveling with a baby is always difficult for families but Riley at the front desk was especially very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Will definitely book this hotel again!! »

« When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. « We had a great stay with my 2 kids and hubby. The place was clean and new we stayed at camp site #19 at cabin-vale. Place is quiet, we had no issues. Definitely will be coming back in the summer ! »
