Ce condo familial et accueillant est parfaitement situĂ© sur la route de la montagne Ă  Stowe! Il y a deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privĂ©e et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, donc il y a de la place pour toute la famille. Le salon est chaleureux et confortable avec des canapĂ©s moelleux et une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois; c'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et lire un bon livre ou se rĂ©unir avec vos amis ou votre famille et jouer Ă  l'un des nombreux jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© disponibles. La cuisine complĂšte et la salle Ă  manger sont parfaites pour les nuits oĂč vous voulez simplement rester et prendre un repas fait maison. Location is great, not too far from Stowe. Close to town. Unit is dated, but spacious.WHERE THINGS GO OFF THE RAILS - 1. The water is not potable - there is a sign on the door that you should not drink or cook with the water. Don't let kids swallow it. You need to go across the street to get your water, but they have an office water dispenser in the unit unplugged and not setup along with full water jugs. Texting Vacasa support nobody knows if you can use it. THE LISTING DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS - I would have thought twice about booking.2. Mice Droppings in the kitchen cabinet all over the place and on bowls and dishes. Contacted Vacasa support because this is a VT health code violation. They said it would be cleaned up since droppings can transmit Hantavirus. Nobody every came to clean it up. Multiple chat conversations with support and never received a call from the local property management team ever! 3. Washer/Dryer Not working NOT even connected - When we go skiing we specifically look for units with washer dryer to avoid bringing a ton of clothes. It's a critical feature. I understand things break occasionally and keeping a listing up to date is difficult, BUT when the machine is completely disconnected that should be disclosed. It's not an unforeseen surprise. I thought maybe the water was turned off to the unit which I turned on and quickly found myself in a large puddle of water. No warnings or note on the unit. The exhaust vent wasn't connected either.

Perfect spot if you’re into beer and walking. The condo was a great size for us and our two kids. They each got a top bunk. We were in a great location to do stuff in the area like the Stowe gondola and Umiak kayaking. And we were just up the hill from the Alchemist and other great beer and food. Only drawback was the water situation-I called to have it replaced and found two guys emptying the jugs. We just bought our own water.

The condo was nice and as described. I would note that we stayed there in June during a heat wave and the AC was not adequate to cool the bedrooms but it might be in normal temps. Also, there was a legal notice saying that the water was not drinkable but that drinkable water was available in the pool area but it was not.

Pretty nice location in decent condition. Priced fairly for what it was. Only real complaint was that we had to call them to get the code for the pool facility. Seems like something that should just be in the listing or posted in the unit. Thanks!

This place was great, location 
 it was clean 
 easy to access the town and activities
 fitness center was nice but could use a regular staff to check the status of ph levels et .al
 the downfall the unit had no extra general basic everything had to be purchased
 multiple trips to the grocery
 for example i bought coffee thinking there would have been a reusable filter or filters somewhere nope.. back to the store
 stayed for a week with 6 people and only two trash bags in the unit 😳
 just a reminder that when you shop for the week you will need to buy everything or bring from home.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is only a short drive to the town of Stowe or to the ski resort. There is a ski bus which stops nearby, but the stop is the the main road and is down a steep hill and a bit of a walk so we found it easier to drive to the slopes and park there. My only negatives were regarding communication with the property manager. There was no local information in the apartment; there wasn't even information about the pool and hot tub in the complex let alone about the local area. I reached out to the manager by email asking for some suggestions. They only responded to 1 of my 2 emails and the information they provided was not helpful. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this getaway.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The water in the master bathroom is barely trickling making it a nightmare to take a shower, the other shower was working properly. Some of the hardwood floor trimming was coming apart. The parking was painful, someone left a trailer (construction or other) right in the parking of this unit?! The master's mattress was terrible, sinking in the middle leading to back pain, etc.

Property itself was nice. However, the WiFi worked maybe 1/2 of the time. VaCasa was relatively unresponsive and the property manager’s voice mail did not work, office hours on the voice mail were wrong and when they finally emailed me, they said they’d send someone and never did. Since cellular was non-existent, this lack of WiFi was incredibly frustrating.

Location great as starting point for family interested in all three. Well equipped and maintained. Could be improved by replacing MB bed "roll to the middle" mattress and stocking kitchen with mugs rather than (small) teacups.
