The Space:
Hall Bench with Catch Tray: Upon entering the condo, guests are greeted by a hall bench with a catch tray, perfect for storing snowy boots and keeping the entrance tidy.
Cozy Living Room: The living room features a fireplace, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Furnishings include a comfortable couch and loveseat, allowing guests to relax and unwind. There's also a TV for entertainment purposes.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, providing a convenient space for enjoying meals together.
Galley Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances making meal preparation convenient and easy. It offers ample counter space and storage, ideal for cooking meals during your stay.

The pool is now open from 9 am to 9 pm. The doors now automatically lock at 9 and the lights will automatically dim. The pool code will be included in your check-in packet.

** Amenity Notice: Our Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Center are temporarily closed for maintenance and are expected to reopen after September 2025. Thank you for your patience. **
*Location: The resort is built on a hillside, and guests should be aware that stairs are required to access various parts of the property.
*Please note that there is no elevator available. There are approximately 11 steps to the unit.
*Due to the wells, it will take time for the water to heat up.
*Wi-Fi Services: Basic Wi-Fi services are provided, but guests should be aware that due to the mountainous location, Wi-Fi services may be limited. The Wi-Fi network will not support streaming services.
Amenities Disclaimer: While the resort aims to provide excellent amenities, guests should understand that uninterrupted access to all facilities cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen mechanical issues may arise, and the resort will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly.
On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for PFAS in public drinking water. Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order. This means residents should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking, or any other consumptive use. Bottled water is available at the pool center building from 9 AM to 9 PM. We are working with state officials to address the issue and will update you on further actions.
