Forget all the everyday worries of this spacious and peaceful space.
Patio with barbecue grill , sun loungers and hot tub surrounded by the nice harmonious view of the field. A few stairs down you will find a large plot of land perfect for all the summer activities for both adults and children!

The interior is characterized by lavish and spacious living spaces such as large dining room, 80 "TV, Ps4, karaoke and fireplace etc...

The space
Note: The hot tub is only available Friday & Saturday.
If you want to use it in the remaining days, there is an additional cost of SEK 1,000/ stay.
The hot tub will be closed on September 30th.

Here at Villa Björkgården, you can enjoy the entire large company.
Maybe eat something good, cuddle in front of the open fireplace and an 80 inch TV with sound system that gives a unique movie experience!

The house is located in the countryside and has an amazing patio in a harmonious atmosphere overlooking the beautiful field! It is perfectly located that makes you completely under the radar but at the same time only 5 min from ICA and pizzeria, 5 min from the beautiful beach area Viboö bath and about 25 min to Eskilstuna where you have everything you want such as the Park Zoo, clubs, shops, etc.

The house is well equipped and the goal is for everyone to like it here.
This is the perfect house for those of you who want a cozy experience with loved ones. I have no problem with festivities as long as you take care of the house. This is the perfect house for bachelor party, bachelorette party, birthdays, Easter, Christmas, New Year, graduation, excursion, after work, conference or why not a get away from the inner city jungle!

The house consists of three floors.

Above Floor.
*Bedroom with king size double bed 180 cm.
*Bedroom with two single beds 90 cm.
*One hall with two single beds 90 cm. (No window or door, on the other hand, curtain).

Entrance Floor
*Bedroom with king size double bed 180 cm.
*Large living room equipped with 80 inch smart tv, wood fireplace, Ps4 as well as a karaoke machine for those of you who want that extra fun!
*A large dining room with table and chairs for 10 people.
*Modern full equipped kitchen perfect for cooking dinner for the big party. *Brand new renovated and lavish bathroom with shower & toilet.

Lower Floor
* Renovated bedroom with two single beds 90 cm & a desk(Basement window)
*Well-equipped laundry room where you have access to, among other things, washing machine & laundry detergent, as well as an iron.
*Another shower.
*Large living room with mini ping pong table, chairs and a mini bar.

The plot
* Large 100 sqm wooden deck with barbecue, lounge group, umbrella & sun loungers hot tubs and palm trees in front of the lovely sun.
*Large & flat lawn with sun from early in the morning till late at night.
*A deck with a roof and walls for those of you who want to get away from the sun a little.
*Parking space for about 2-3 cars.
*Fireplaces with seats all around.
*Swings and other fun in the garden for the younger and older.

Note:
Ps 4 is available with only one control and three games.
Bring your own wood, if you wish to fire.
Barbecue is available to borrow but bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid if you want to grill.

I offer pillows, duvets, duvets, soap, soap, shampoo, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, tea, salt & pepper etc. (feel free to check out the “amenities” tab.

Extra charge.
Towel, sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover - 100 kr extra per person.
More than 10 people - 200 SEK extra per extra person
Use the hot tub in addition to Friday and Saturday - 500 SEK/ stay.
