« We stayed there a couple times before because the price is great and the room was clean and smelled fresh. This time the floor was gooey, the bathtub was black and the room smelled really bad. We went to Walmart and bought cleaners and cleaned before we would take our shoes off or shower. We will NOT be staying there again. We will pay more to stay somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She is a great fit for that job. Very personable. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room!!! »

« We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use...

« I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime. »

« Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have.
