« Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

« We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area...

« This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property. « This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp. »
