Pets are allowed on this property as long as they're properly taken cared of.
Babies/toddlers are more than welcome, but guests must note that the house is not baby-proofed!
For everyone's safety, we don't accept bookings from unsupervised young groups.
The Space:
Just a heads-up: Please avoid parking on the grass area. There's a shallow septic tank underneath, and a heavy vehicle could crack it, which might lead to up to $20,000 in damage.
Also: The bunkie, Docks (Will be detached), outhouse compost toilet, and kayaks are unavailable during the winter seasons. Thanks for your understanding!

⮞ Three (3) bedrooms in the main bungalow - 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a double bed in the third bedroom, an open bunk room with 2 single bunk beds, and 2 pullout couches in the living room.
⮞ The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a large fridge and stove.
⮞ Portable heaters are provided throughout the house for added warmth.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire property except for the garage. Please, make yourself at home.
