« Perfect location. Bus stop and train station are close by. Property run down and in need of repairs. You get what you pay for! No internet in the rooms only in the pub next door. Can hear pigeons outside and sounded like something was in the loft. »

« I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Byre Cottage in North Yorkshire. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and full of character, with a lovely fireplace that made the evenings especially relaxing and warm. The location is absolutely stunning, set between peaceful farmland and rolling hills, surrounded by nature and wildlife. « Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay »

« We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. »
