Nestled just steps from the scenic Sac River, Cabin 3 offers a peaceful retreat with stunning river views and the soothing sound of water cascading over the dam. Whether you want to unwind in a hammock, cast a fishing line, take a refreshing swim, gather around a crackling fire, or enjoy a meal on the patio or picnic table, your front yard is the perfect backdrop for outdoor relaxation.

Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience:

✨ Kitchen: Fully stocked with essentials, including pots and pans, a coffee maker, cutting board, and knife—everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

🚿 Bathroom: Located just off the entryway, featuring a high-pressure shower to refresh after a day on the river. Complimentary conditioning shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

🛋️ Living Area: A cozy space with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements, a comfortable chair, and hooks and storage for your belongings.

🛏️ Loft Bedroom: A snug retreat with beautiful views from above. Cabin 3 features a King Bed and Futon in the loft. Be aware the loft is accessible via steep stairs, but sturdy handrails ensure added stability.

Designed for year-round comfort, the cabin is equipped with both heating and air conditioning to make your stay cozy in any season.

Rich in history, Caplinger Mills is a beloved local destination for fishing, outdoor recreation, and exploring nature.

🚴 Explore on Two Wheels: We encourage you to bring your bicycles! Just across the bridge, you'll find miles of quiet farm roads running parallel to the Sac River—ideal for a peaceful ride.

Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. To maintain cleanliness, pets are not permitted in sleeping lofts or on beds.

🔥 Firewood Notice:
To protect our native trees, we do not allow outside firewood. Firewood is available on-site, and you can prepay for it when booking.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
Smoking is allowed outdoors, but please stay away from patios. Let’s keep the natural tranquility intact—nothing disrupts it like unwanted smoke.

Park to the right side of your cabin (one vehicle per cabin).
The door will be unlocked, with the key and additional stay details waiting inside.
Extra vehicles can be parked in the overflow area across from the bathhouse.
