The apartment is located on the top of the mountain. It lies secluded at the end of a cul de sac overlooking the city where there is a spectacular view of the landscape. You can see down the hill in to the forest, mountain, Stjørdal, airport and the lovely fjord. The view is breathtaking and fascinating! Only 5-minute drive to Trondheim Airport.

The apartment is 80 sq.m, comfortable,have a high standard and gives you a feeling of luxury. This space is ideal for couple, family or for business traveler´s who wants to stay in a flat where they can relax.

Our outdoor private swimming pool in the first floor, can be rented daily on request by guests between kl 12.00-17.00 for max 2 hours, at an additional cost. 400NOK for the first rental. 300NOK second rental time Rental fee including electricity, cleaning products and bath towel.

New Bubble spa for 4 person with 118 air jets and is heating with electricity up 39°
•Upon request and at an additional cost, guest can use the jacuzzi outside the apartment. It is possible to use for maximum 2 hours and between kl 12:00 -22:00. 300NOK first rental 200NOK second rental Rental included electricity, cleaning products, new water and bath towels.

• 🚘If you like you can rent our car via Getaround app. We have a Mini Cooper D and a Audi Q5 Hybrid. Contact us before booking, we will give you a special price.
