Villa Haass

The villa, built in the early 1970s, is among the first of the subdivision wanted by Angelo Moratti and therefore enjoys a spectacular view of Asinara.

The Roccaruja area is very quiet and immersed in the junipers of the Sardinian Mediterranean. The village of Stintino is 4 km away and here you can find all the services, including the port from which boats leave for excursions to the island of Asinara. On the nearby beaches of Pelosa and Gabbiano or in the equally nearby small port of Ancora, also equipped with a bathing establishment, it is possible to rent sailing and motor boats, practice water sports and have sailing and windsurfing schools. A few minutes (8 km) from the villa begins the very long Saline beach, with several bathing establishments and km of free beach. Within a few kilometers there are numerous restaurants, farmhouses, bars and various places where you can spend pleasant moments. From Stintino other locations, coastal or internal, are easily reachable and are certainly worth a visit. Just as an example we report Alghero, Castelsardo, Bosa, Porto Torres and Sassari.
