Hôtels près du Stillwater Open Space à Saratoga Springs

« Half the lights in my room didn’t work the next morning, including in the bathroom. They all worked the previous evening. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel though. »

« The hotel room was nice and quiet. The omelette guy was obnoxious and made everyone at breakfast feel uneasy with his loud screaming of names reagrding the omelettes he had completed. Clients in the breakfast are commented on how aggressive he was. After checking on my omelette 6 times, turns out someone else had grabbed it, and he never offered to make me a replacement. I was very frustrated, having waited about an hour. I would suggest a different system to label these omelettes so clients...

« I was very disappointed in our stay here. We have stayed with Hilton Garden Inn in the past and have only had one other bad experience in one hotel in California! Here are a few of our disappointments… •The beds in this hotel were very uncomfortable and the pillows on the beds were worn out, adding absolutely no support to your head while trying to sleep. •The sheets were cotton and scratchy. •The heater in the room sounded like an airplane taking off all night!! •Also the shower head in our...

« Isolation ( bruit) horrible, j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres etaient ouvertes tellement le bruit de l'autoroute etait fort, j'entendais aussi les voisins de chambre parler. Le personnel a l'acceuil n'est pas tres aidant, sec, reponses tres limitées, aucun effort, aucun sourire, ne cherche pas a aider. on dirait que je faisait affaire a des robots. j'etais etonnee de ne pas avoir de service de chambre avant jour 3, j'ai du faire mon lit seule. »

« Breakfast service was dissapointing. »

« Nice room and good breakfast! »

« Malgré notre intervention auprès de la réception pour cesser le bruit dans les couloirs »

« We stayed in the Cancun room and it was such a fun creative themed room! Walking on sand with the stone walkway was such a magical added touch. Whoever designed this room definitely went all out. From tropical plants, to a swing, to a garden tub, to perfectly landscaped paradise wallpaper...it felt like a tropical getaway. We really liked that you were given a code to get into the building and then a code to get into your room, so you didn't have to check in at a desk. It was so streamline and...

« Welcoming, clean hotel. We had a good experience. They serve a complete continental breakfast despite the COVID-19 situation, which is not the case everywhere. I would recommend this hotel. »
