The space
This home is in Cushing, Oklahoma; just four blocks from Main Street restaurants, four blocks from Hillcrest Hospital, and 25 minutes to the Payne County Expo Center.

The house is all on one level with three bedrooms and a bathroom adjacent to an open full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. The back yard has a privacy fence (not fully enclosed) and there's a large front porch.

Two bedrooms each have a full size bed and the last one has a queen and a single bed. There's also a day bed in the living/dining area.

There's cable HD television in the living room and unlimited WiFi Internet service and all utilities are included

The fireplace is strictly decorative and should not be used.

We are still working on additional improvements between guests, but that's mostly outside
- Additional painting of soffits and detached garage
- New roof and clean-up of garage (not currently available to guests)

The biggest eyesore for the house is actually the one neighbor's house -- probably the worst on on the block. They tenants are great guys and the landlord has committed to a new roof and other improvements. Unfortunately, our driveway is between our house and that one.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire house to themselves.
