One of few Stillwater houses with the required permit to operate in the City of Stillwater.

Five blocks from the south end of downtown Stillwater and a short drive to OSU. You'll have exclusive access to this 3 BR / 2 Ba home. It's a pretty basic and older home, but it is very clean and has an abundance of sleeping space for its size.

If you have a large group, this is one of three adjacent homes that we host.
The space
This house is in southeast Stillwater, close to downtown, but still just a few minutes drive to the OSU campus. You can walk to the restaurants and bars in downtown in less than 10 minutes and can drive almost anywhere in Stillwater in less than 12 minutes.

The house is two stories with two bedrooms, one bath, a living room and a family room on the first floor. The upstairs loft has a bedroom configured for four people to sleep, along with another bathroom.

With up to three occupants, you'll have the large downstairs area only, with two bedrooms and one bath. No one else will have the upstairs, but to keep your costs down, we'll close the loft. With more than three, we'll open up the loft.

The house can sleep up to eleven the way it's configured currently, with ten in traditional beds and one on the couch. With only two bathrooms, you'd need to be a pretty close family for that many to share.

There's also cable HD television and unlimited WiFi Internet service

There is off-street paved parking for two medium-sized cars in the driveway and street parking for others.
Other things to note
collects state and city sales and lodging taxes as is required of all short-term rentals.
