Guests can also relax in two peaceful living rooms with fireplaces, one offering a comfortable queen sofa bed. The other queen sofa bed is located in a seperate room off the dining room next to the laundry room for privacy. Air mattresses linens pillows will also be provided for your use

• Indoors - the house is converted into a smart home with lighting and surround sound stereo system. All rooms have been freshly painted and updated hardwood and vinyl plank floors and updated kitchen. It is a very spacious indoor setup which offers 3 distinct levels and as a result there are several rooms and space for you and your guests to enjoy and relax. There are three bedrooms which have built in desks also for working purposes.

• Outdoors - enjoy the 300 feet of waterfront and a day of fishing, enjoy the in ground pool fenced in pool, firepit, BBQ, and our outdoor games. There is also a block house museum park located walking distance to our home with picnic benches and boating type activities.

• Parking - there is a 2 car garage and also 2 large driveways for a total of 15-20 cars

• Laundry - there is complimentary laundry at the house during their stay.

• WIFI - there is complimentary WIFI for you and your guests during their stay.

Upon entering the house by the garage on the first level of the house there is an amazing family room facing the waterfront with new sectional furniture and table, fireplace, 75 inch Smart TV, surround sound system which leads to the updated gourmet chef style kitchen centered around a custom-tiled wraparound island with bar stools with a separate kitchen sitting area with new counter top kitchen table and chairs. Kitchen has been updated and has a new indoor BBQ grill and range hood. Kitchen also has a newer range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher

You will find it very relaxing in the family room off the kitchen with beautiful waterfront views. There is an elegant formal dining room as you pass through the kitchen followed by one room with a queen sofa bed next to the laundry room.

On the next level is only 3 steps up from the kitchen will take you to the main foyer entrance of the house, which has the main formal living room area with a queen sofa bed, loveseat, and chairs providing ample seating. Enjoy relaxing with your guests here and feel free to play the baby grand piano, listen to music surround sound, watch TV (entertainment with Spectrum TV streaming service is complimentary or streaming services are also available including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Paramount+).

The first floor on the right hand side has a full bathroom and a king bedroom setup which is convenient for some of our guests who may prefer to be on the first floor with their own private bathroom


Upon walking upstairs to the 3rd floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, ample closet space, central vacuum system for entire house. Each bedroom has a closet with both hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay.

The master bedroom private suite has a queen size built in bedroom wall set. There is a 65-inch Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Sonos, Alexa, and phone in the master suite. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a bidet and a shower tub combination within glass shower enclosure. Lastly there is a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom.

There are 3 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor, The bedrooms also have TVs with Spectrum App TV streaming services and streaming service options. There are 3 full bathrooms on this floor.
