Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking)....

They have soft water (which I love) But if you’re not used to it you will feel like the soap is not coming off! A bath mat Would be a nice addition as the tub is a bit slippery.
