« Beautiful little house and comfortable stay. »

« No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped. »

« It was an excellent location for the event we were attending. There are many modern touches . Especially liked the step in shower. Really liked the open kitchen.we would definitely stay there again. »

« This is an excellent property and presents as described. »

« The Little Nest was a perfect place for us to stay while in Rochester. It was easy access to where we needed to be check-in was a breeze and Becca our host was above and beyond. »

« This home was convenient to Mayo St. Mary’s. Note that there is construction in front of the hospital at the moment so your walk will be a little further to get around but just a block or so. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Communication was excellent and we received responses very quickly. The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot in summer weather. There are 2 fans to assist. The stairs going up are quite steep and might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. ...

« This house is adorable and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful and location is central and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and plus some more. The house is thoughtfully planned out and clean. The bedrooms are very nice and the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable! Highly recommend. »

« Thank you »

« The home more than met our needs for the length of time that we stayed. The host was easy to contact and was prompt in her responses. Would recommend if anyone needs to stay in Rochester. »
