« Everything was great until a severe storm hit the area. The power went out for the multiple neighborhoods, there was flooding in the streets, trees fell all over the place, and there was nothing anyone could do. The place is lovely though and so was the host. I would stay there again, weather permitting. »

« very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response. »

« We’ve stayed at this property multiple times while receiving medical treatment at Penn State Hershey Cancer Center which is about 20 min away. Emily is a very responsive host. The house is beautifully furnished, always clean, and has a nice property. Can’t say enough about the comfort and hospitality. »

« Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. « We had a great stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our visit. The location was perfect — convenient for getting downtown and also very close to Franklin & Marshall College. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly.
