Welcome to Kingfisher Cove Steinhatchee's newest multi family home on the Steinhatchee river. It is walking distance to 2 marinas and the public boat ramp making it the perfect location.

This is the upper unit with covered parking and private boat slip and access to the private community swimming poo right next door.
The upper unit has gorgeous sunset views, the Steinhatchee river and custom modern finishes making it the perfect spot to stay while visiting this little fishing community.
The unit can accommodate up to 7 guests total. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, smart tv with internet and an en suit bathroom that has a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo sink with back lit mirror for the perfect light. it even has views of the river from your bedroom windows.
Your guests will enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bottom and twin top bed with smart tv & closet for storing their personal items.
If you plan to bring along a couple more guests the sofa and chair in living are make out into beds and we do supply the extra linens and pillows for them.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar, lots of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances. Range, double door fridge with ice & water, under counter microwave and a dishwasher.

Outdoor you will have access to a 4 burner Weber propane grill, corn hole, community pool and private boat slip with electric and water.
