EagleRidge Townhomes 1496 is a spacious, four-bedroom home in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be an easy walk from the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs.
