If you are looking for the convenience of a true ski-in/ski-out condo with incredible views of the slopes, outdoor heated pool, and private daytime shuttle, then look no further than this two-bedroom/two-bath condo at Storm Meadows Club A. Located directly off of the Right-of-Way ski run near the base of the ski resort, your family can easily ski down to the gondola to start your day on the mountain! If you need a break from the slopes and want to enjoy some local cuisine, there are several restaurants and aprĂšs ski bars all located nearby. You can also relax in the shared outdoor hot tub while taking in the view of the ski resort. Summertime activities are also right outside your door, including miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, fishing on the Yampa or Elk River, or work on your golf game at one of several local golf courses.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very nice and picturesque. Could have used better instructions on transportation including code for after hour shuttle, including RG shuttle. No instructions on use of fireplace, which we couldn’t get to work. Extremely clean and inviting. Bedroom lighting very subdued

Good location with ski in/out access! The unit itself is nice, with general amenities. The building is fairly run down and in need of updates. Communication on entry, how to use the fireplace and parking could definitely be improved.

Condo with view

It was generally an ok unit, nothing unexpected. However, the level of cleanliness needs to be addressed. The unit was superficially cleaned. We found dust everywhere and dirt pushed under cabinets. The mirror closet in the MBR was full of things and unusable. The drawers have obviously not been cleaned in a while. We decided to live out of our suitcases. The kitchen is good with functioning microwave, oven and coffee maker. The fridge has seen it’s day but works. Overall the unit feels outdated. Outstanding is the view over Steamboat and the slopes and a spacious Biew into the Yampa Valley and beyond. Great for a beer in the afternoon sun. Ski in and out was trickery due to little snow cover..

Great for snail family

This was perfect for my wife, myself and our adult son. It’s ski in ski out however the trail to get down onto the main run is narrow and was very icy when we were there so if you’re a novice skier it could be a tad difficult. Other than that it was perfect for us. Easy check in/out process. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Five Stars For Everything!

Our stay at Steamboat couldn’t have been better. The Storm Meadows unit was perfect - super close to ski trails and with the best amenities. The kids loved having the pool and got tub walking distance and the parents loved having laundry inside the unit (total game changer). Other than the property itself, the property manager (Brad) was incredible. He was super responsive and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend this spot and hope to rebook soon.

Summer Baseball tournament trip

We could not have been happier with our condo, location, & the view!! Only wish we could have stayed a few days longer! We traveled with our 2 teenagers, the layout of condo worked very well. Having a washer & dryer in unit was a huge bonus for washing uniforms when playing for 6 days straight. The kitchen was stocked & made cooking meals in very easy. Multiple grocery shopping options within minutes. We still enjoyed meals out & location makes it very easy to get to downtown- we enjoyed Sunpie’s & Seedz during our visit. We enjoyed coffee hour every morning sitting on our deck watching sunrise on the mountains, the view from Unit A215 is amazing! The experience overall was great! The condo is bit dated, older bathrooms, older kitchen, but that didn’t affect our stay at all - it was clean & comfortable!! During July it is warmer but still very comfortable especially having the fans in each bedroom. Other families who stayed in condos near us really liked ours better than theirs - they didn’t have fans, washer/dryer, the view, & said overall ours was nicer! We would definitely return & hope to very soon!!

Nice views but could use some love

As other reviews have stated, the views are very nice. The King bed was also very comfy and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The rest of the condo needs some serious love. The dishwasher had a pool of water in it so we didn't use it and called to report it. A bummer to have to do dishes on vacation. The blinds are broken and cumbersome. Lots of broken things throughout. Also, the main bathroom faucet is very hard for little hands to turn so unusable by our 6 year old twins. And a personal pet peeve - there was not a sharp knife in the place! Entire condo needs to be cleaned out and the supplies/furniture/kitchen thinned out. Most of the furniture with drawers are very cheap and don't close properly. Same with the kitchen supplies. Finally, I did not see anywhere that the pool would be closed on Memorial Day weekend. I may have missed this, but that was a bummer since I look for rentals specifically with a pool for our children.

The Condo was great, and we enjoyed our time there. The thermostat in the living room was not working, and we had to turn it off at night to keep from overheating even when it was set at the lowest level during the day. Sometimes we had to turn it off in the middle of the day too, to keep from getting overheated.

We arrived for our week long ski vacation to this extremely clean and well appointed condo. Parking was easy and the condo was even easier to get to as it's on the same level as the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, our 7yr old twins easily shared the bottom bunk with plenty of room, with their big brother on the top bunk. The kitchen, although a little small, was easy to work in and provided us with everything we needed for a few lunches and dinners prepared in the condo. All appliances, fireplace, etc... worked well and appeared to be well maintained. The balcony, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, provided outstanding views of the mountain and valley below. We were fortunate to see 2 moose right below the balcony on 2 different nights. Unfortunately the snow conditions didn't support the ski in/out bonus, very strange for early Mar, but the on call shuttle service was very quick and efficient. The kids enjoyed the pool on several afternoons, as it was 60+ degrees every day! Overall a great place to stay and Brad was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Great place to rent. Clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Grocery stores very close as well. Beautiful view of the slopes from the deck. Owners were very quick to send us the key and condo information with directions and to reply back with answers we had about the rental.
