Rooftop Hot Tub + Ski Views | Canton House
With sweeping views of Steamboat’s ski slopes, Emerald Mountain, and the Yampa Valley, Canton House offers the perfect blend of modern mountain living and thoughtful design. From the rooftop hot tub to the cozy great room, this three-level townhome is made for gathering, relaxing, and soaking up every moment of your Steamboat stay.
The main level is bright and welcoming, with warm wood accents and an open layout that brings everyone together. A sleek gas fireplace anchors the living area, while the chef’s kitchen takes center stage with its gourmet appliances, walk-in pantry, and spacious island with seating for four. Gather around the dining table for eight, then step out onto the balcony to savor the sunset.
Head to the upper level where the primary suite with a large floor-to-ceiling window features a king bed with a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level include two queens that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. For total relaxation, all the bedrooms have blackout shades and TVs. For guests’ convenience there is a washer/dryer located on this level.
The home's fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This room is on the street level as you come in from the front door or garage.
The top floor is the crown jewel of Canton House’s crown jewel – a rooftop deck with views that stretch in every direction: the ski area straight ahead, the valley unfolding to the west, and Emerald Mountain glowing at sunset. This is where you’ll want to spend your mornings sipping coffee or evenings toasting your day’s adventures with cocktails. PARKING
This home has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one parked sideways in the driveway. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
