The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy eat-in bar for two, making meal prep a breeze.

Step outside to your private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine as you take in the crisp alpine air.

The layout is designed with just the right amount of space across two levels. The main-level primary suite features a plush king bed and an en suite full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, the lofted second bedroom is perfect for families or friends, offering a small low sitting bunk bed with two full-size mattresses. The top bunk bed has a weight capacity of 300 lbs, and the bottom bunk supports up to 450 lbs. Additionally, a second full bathroom upstairs and a cozy sitting area with a TV—great for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Guests of the Rockies Complex enjoy access to a fantastic selection of community amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs, a sand volleyball court, ski lockers, and a clubhouse with a ping pong table and lounge area. Please note that this unit is located on the third floor and is only accessible by stairs—there is no elevator. There is also a spiral staircase leading to the upper level in the condo.

Getting Around:
Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.

Other Things to Note:
This condo is non-smoking, no parties are allowed and no pets. Violation of these rules may result in fines.

Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am

There is cable TV services on the TV in the Loft, however, there are streaming services available on both loft and living room TVs.

Amenities are controlled by the HOA and may not be available during your stay. The fireplace is available during ski season.

Portable AC installed during the summer months for added comfort.
