The Bronze Tree building sits right at the ski resort. You will be yards away from the gondola and gondola square. Ski back to the condo from `Right-o-Way` run. The cat track off this run terminates right in front of the building. Put your skis away in the private locker and head up the elevator to our condo.
Restaurants, shops, and entertainment are all within a 2-3 minute walk. In the winter, you also have access to a seasonal shuttle that picks you up at the building. Year-round the free Steamboat shuttle picks up 100 yards from the building.
T-Bar, the best apres ski spot (in our opinion) is located right across the street, and for something more sophisticated, Cafe Diva is 75 yards away and is always amazing. Be close to everything the resort base has to offer but elevated in a quiet building with stunning views over the South Valley and the Resort.
During the summer, miles of hiking trails are right outside the front door as is mountain biking and a sand beach with a stream at the resort base (Burgess Creek). Enjoy dinner or drinks on the lawn while little ones play in the sand and water.

During the winter, the building has a free shuttle that can take you to the grocery store and downtown.
Year-round, the free Steamboat Shuttles run throughout town. The resort base is the main transit hub for these shuttles and is a 3-5 minute walk from the home.
Everything at the resort is walkable from this location.
There is parking for a car (one spot is guaranteed and others are on a first-come basis and may or may not be available depending on how busy it is). It is very possible to not have a car at all and utilize the free transportation to have a great vacation too.


- Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.
- No parties or events
- Must be at least 30 years old to rent
- No pets
- Store gear in the provided locker room on the first floor (your keycard will open the locker with your unit #)
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including decks and hallways. Subject to guest fine.
- Quiet hours between 9pm-9am
- Please remove shoes inside the home
- Hot tubs, pool and gym hours are set by the HOA and posted on the doors to those amenities. Your keycards will not work outside of those times.
- Guests will be held fully liable for any and all damages that result from doors or windows left open during freezing conditions.
- Any guest-initiated refunds will be net of any 3rd party credit card processing fees. Credit card processing companies generally do not refund those fees to guests or hosts.
- Bookings by guests with less than a 4-star rating are subject to cancellation.
