  • When you stay in this luxurious mountainside condo, you'll have access to a complimentary ski shuttle, all kinds of fantastic on-site amenities, and the world-class service afforded to guests by the exceptional Lodge staff!

    Situated on the top floor, just a short walk from the base area, this vacation rental boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with three counter stools, a dining table with seating for four, and a very cozy living area warmed by a gas fireplace. Additionally, this condo includes a furnished and covered balcony accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom - great for outdoor dining or just taking in the view.

    The main bedroom features an attached bathroom, a TV, and balcony access.

    A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs.     Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

    You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Great Stay and Location!

Nice property.....as described. There was only two of us, so more then enough room, could fit several more comfortably. Beautiful view out the living room. Even though it is on the third floor, the walk up is manageable after a day of skiing (there were more stairs going to lunch at some of the places on the mountain). Easy walk to the gondola square (you can stop and pick up a coffee or breakfast along the way at the Iron Waffle or Wild Plum) or take the shuttle. Regarding the shuttle, it was super easy and always available within 5-10 from any location (Lodge, Downtown, etc).

Ski trip

Condo is a great size and very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. Good area, close to the mountain and great shuttle service. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Bathrooms and linen were clean. The counters and table were not. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes but NO leftover containers and NO basic cooking necessities (I.e. no salt, pepper, oil, tin foil, zip locks or spices). Most places have these basics including one packet of coffee and tea to get you started. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Find

Our condo at The Lodge in Steamboat was clean and the decor true to the video tour on the website. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of bath and pool towels and a nice selection of toiletries. All in all a very pleasant and affordable accommodation for our party of 4.

This is an extremely well-appointed condo! The only problem was a lack of air conditioning and hot water on the 3rd floor. The fans were much appreciated. We could have used a couple more, though. I would recommend a building other that B, and a unit on a lower floor.

Overall, we liked this property, I would suggest if anything that the 2nd bed possibly be replaced as the mattress was not that comfortable. Along with the steps going in and out of the condo being cleaned more often.

Comfort and Ease

This unit was clean, had terrific views, and was well-stocked. Although the stairs weren't "fun," we were very glad to be on the top floor. The parking was a bit hectic, as there was so much snow piled up, but the management did not ticket anyone. The shuttle was very convenient - both to get to town and to the slopes (although the slopes are walking distance, technically).

Steamboat Visit

Your property was very comfortable and meet our needs to a tee. The staff was very accommodating. The location was almost perfect. True ski in ski out is the best! Otherwise, having the shuttle makes up for that. Thanks again. We hope to be back next year.
