EagleRidge Townhomes 1534 is a spacious townhouse that will place you within easy walking distance of the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for guests. The dining area can accommodate people comfortably, while the living area offers vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, a comfortable gas fireplace, large windows, a TV, a soundbar, a ceiling fan for those warmer months, and access to a private deck. For your entertainment, the townhome is equipped with six TVs, two DVD players, and complimentary WiFi. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and access to the heated shared swimming pool and hot tub, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services, and winter ski shuttle at EagleRidge.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features a TV, an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom features a TV and an en suite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a TV and share an additional en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a futon in the open loft area and a half-bathroom on the main living level.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A futon provides an extra sleeping space.
There is no AC, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
During ski season, our shuttle services will take you to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and other area activities.
The pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from mid-April to Memorial Day, and from October to the week of Thanksgiving.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
