Gondola Pointe at Wildhorse Meadows is mountain living at its finest, the perfect place to land while on vacation! Mountain modern style, high quality finishes, and designer furnishings make this 3 level home a joy the second you walk in the door. As part of the Wildhorse Meadows complex, our guests have access to the amenity rich Trailhead Lodge, including the heated swimming pool, two large outdoor spas, a fitness room, a game room, plus a very short walk to the Wildhorse Gondola, less than 100 yards, to whisk you up to Gondola Square at the ski resort. ***This home also comes with access to a private ski locker at Gondola Square at the ski resort. Take the private gondola up to the ski resort, change into your boots and grab your skis!***

The open floor plan and abundant floor to ceiling windows create a light and airy environment, and emphasize the views of the surrounding mountains. A large stone fireplace with a see through glass fireplace separates the Thermador equipped gourmet kitchen and comfortable living area. Enjoy the fireplace from the living and dining room! The owners' design aesthetic can be seen in the contemporary art displayed throughout the home. You can find a grill, outdoor furniture and a mountain view on the covered deck off the living room.

Bedrooms are situated on the upper and lower floors, making it easy to slip away to enjoy the privacy and amenities of the two king bedroom suites. The spacious primary suite is on the upper level with a spa-style bath, flat screen TV and private deck with views of the Flat Tops and Emerald Mountain. The lower level has two bedrooms, including a second king suite with ensuite bath, flat screen TV and direct access to the patio and private hot tub. The second bedroom on the lower level features 2 twin bunk beds, sleeping 4, and comfortable enough for all generations. A bonus bedroom on the upper level with a single twin bed functions as an overflow sleeping area for 1 lucky guest. A second living area provides a gathering space for friends and family.

The main level office is the ideal spot to work from home or quiet conversations.
Air conditioning, a private hot tub, a full size washer and dryer are just some of the extras that come with this exquisite vacation home. The owners will consider a small dog. Please get in touch with us for approval.

Gondola Pointe is situated close to the Steamboat Ski Area, with easy access to shops and dining. The Wildhorse gondola is steps away, and whisks guests to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area without the hassle of parking or shuttle buses. Guests also have access to the Trailhead on call winter shuttle for trips downtown or grocery shopping. Access to the Trailhead Lodge amenities is a huge bonus. Walk steps out the back door to the large heated swimming pool, the huge whirlpool spas, the fitness center and the game room.

Parking is limited to two vehicles on the heated driveway. The single car garage is not available for parking a vehicle, sorry. There is no parking available for trailers, RV's or parking on the street from October through April.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $3,000 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Have access to the Wildhorse Gondola just steps out the back door was a game changer. Made it feel like a ski in ski out unit. Swimming pool and hot tub area was great too. The unit was super nice with all the amenities you would need.

Property manager was generally responsive and helpful. We had to leave a day early due to storm coming in. Request for partial refund was not responded to but we nonetheless have early notice and followed all check out instructions. Blackout curtains in bedrooms would have been nice as property still had Christmas lights on all thru the night.

One of the best properties we’ve rented. Very nicely furnished and well-stocked with appliances, etc. The location was better than we expected - a hidden gem. The Wildhorse Gondola is a very short walk from the house and drops-off at the base, immediately in front of Fleischer Sports (ski rental and overnight storage). As close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get without staying on the mountain. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and very helpful!
