A four-bedroom home located just steps from Steamboat Ski Resort, this winter getaway has lots of rustic charm to offer you and your family, with warm wood accents and luxurious furniture in the living room, and a handsome gas fireplace overlooking it all. When you're home from an afternoon of winter fun, let the private washer/dryer take care of your dirty laundry while you visit the shared hot tub and pool. Later, use the full kitchen to whip up a delightful meal for tonight's family dinner then spread your favorite board games over the dining table and enjoy a fun family game night. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to choose from. Three of the rooms enjoy queen-size beds, while the fourth has two twins. Additional amenities include a complimentary business center, free WiFi, easy access to the free city bus route, and even complimentary garage parking.

You're going to love exploring all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, take some time out to enjoy a delicious après-ski meal at one of the many mountaintop eateries like Ragnar's or Four Points Lodge. There are also lots of fun hikes to check out at Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail, all three miles or less from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
