« We stayed at the Guest House for my nieces graduation and it was perfect for our needs! Clean, spacious, and plenty of rooms for our family. The owner left us delicious cookies and we were able to check in early which was an added plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future! »

« The house was great, felt very secluded yet we were still in town. The 1st morning we were there we were greeted by 13 deer roaming the property. The 2nd morning we woke to a doe and 2 fawns bedded down within 20 feet of the house. We cant wait to return in warmer weather to make more use of the outside amentities. »

« The house was very comfortable and had all of the ammenities we needed. There was a little glitch about changing the date of check-in but was resolved quickly by Carmen. There was plenty of room for 5 of us with rooms to spare. My granddaughter was especially tickled to find several containers of toys. Beds were comfortable, the towels were nice - sometimes they are not! I would definitely recommend this spot to others. Thanks, Carmen! »

« The property was clean, and the bathroom had been remodeled and the mattresses changed since our last stay. Also, I'm pretty sure we left 2 Iowa Chops in the freezer. I think they fell behind the ice bin. Feel free to eat them. We just purchased them on Friday. »
