« Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works. »

« The apartment was clean, the location was great and very close to transit. Madrid public transit is awesome so we easily got where we needed to go. We took advantage of the proximity to the Retiro (we’ve got two little kids who especially loved the peacocks)! The Wizink Plaza was so close, and a great place for kids to play while grown ups get a drink! There was also a lot of great shopping nearby, both at Corte Ingles as well as smaller shops. « There are several reasons for this rating as following: 1- host communication is terrible and somehow inappropriate. Specifically, requesting for identification documents is unnecessary and above host authority. 2- Poor ventilation in apartment causes bad smell particularly cooking and using bathroom. « L'accueil par la personne a été plus que surprenant.Nous avons dû l'attendre sous une pluie battante alors que nous l'avions informé par message de notre arrivée à 15h comme prévu. Nous l 'avons appelé à 15h29 car toujours pas là. A son arrivée ,s'est à peine excusé pour son retard.
