« I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...

« Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. The gym, workspace, massage chairs, and complimentary coffee made the stay...

« Apartment was large enough for a family of 5 . Apartment was clean, comfortable beds and great location. 2 min to two stations and lots of food options within 10 min walk . Convenience store on the Mail floor was super convenient . »

« Previous guests departed late and we arrived earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in. Host expedited clean-up so that we were able to move-in early! Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Compact and efficient use of space for 6 of us. Asian style bathroom with the sink, bidet, and shower in a small space. Large modern washer and dryer. and appliances.Only suggestion is (English) instructions for the thermostat which controls the water temperature for the shower/faucets and the floor. »
