« This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! »

« Hôtel d’exception et magnifique, chambre spatieuse et moderne. Accueil d’ecexption dans un cadre naturel agréable. Seul bémol le manque de communication et la limite/difficulté d’accès au spa et au restaurant. »

« La chambre était minuscule et on était quatre ! À ce prix là, j’étais très déçue. Les environs ne sont pas extraordinaire non plus. Seul point positif : la voiture pour la gare le lendemain. »
